I have been thinking about this for a while and want to offer you the opportunity to book some guilt free time with me and just pay what you can afford. I've always offered pro-bono sessions as well as scholarships and I want to take a leap in faith by offering this option for you in September.

I've trained in a range of modalities and my primary coaching technique is Neuro-coaching. I've followed my personal interests when selecting training and with my lived experiences, I have a deep desire to share what I've learned along the way as well as what's worked for my clients.
Solutions Focused, Person Centered and Brief Interventions are really powerful and often just what my clients need. There is no locking into an expensive 12 month commitment if that's not what you want but I do offer tailored programmes and services based on your needs..
Coaching has been a part of my multi-faceted career for over 20 years now and I've worked in a range of settings with a variety of clients. While it's very much a big part of my career identity, I knew pretty early on that I didn't want to see multiple clients week in and week out, because I knew it would kill my passion and enthusiasm for the work. I found a beautiful balance alongside other income streams and my current focus is empowering growth and transformation, through coaching, workshops, and digital products.
While my niche has been working with overwhelmed women, helping them manage their energy and emotions, I realised it was way deeper than that and I delved more into the underlying causes of overwhelm and burnout and the stress and anxiety that is too often a part of it. That's where my interest in stress management and ADHD coaching emerged. I saw a lot of similarities with my own experiences as with other women whether they have a neuro-divergent diagnosis or not.

I offer a range of packages including one-off sessions because sometimes that's all someone needs - a chance to check in with someone independent who will listen, encourage, and support you.
One-off sessions are a great opportunity to talk to someone neutral, to reflect, debrief and figure out what's next. There nothing like having a constructive vent where you won't be judged but will be provided with some guidance and more importantly, have space held for your own insights to emerge.
