A life of learning, becoming and beginning again.

What brings me joy?

Helping people reconnect with who they truly are so they can create a life that feels deeply aligned, meaningful and joyful!

Hey, I'm Andi, I believe that none of us are ever just one thing.

My identity was stuck in my job title for so many years because I didn't really know who I was underneath that. I've learned we're so much more than our job title, our achievements, the roles we play or the chapters we've already lived. My own journey has shaped that belief.

I've spent much of my career working with people, leadership and change. Long before coaching became the work it is today, I was drawn to helping people recognise their strengths, find their confidence and discover what they were capable of.

But I've also had to find my own way through burnout, health challenges and unplanned change.

I've experienced the uncertainty of not knowing what comes next, the pressure of trying to hold everything together, and the courage it takes to step away from a path that no longer feels right. I've reinvented myself, built something from scratch, learned new ways of working and discovered that sometimes the greatest changes begin when we stop asking,

“What should I do?” and start asking, “What is true for me now?”

Those experiences sparked a deeper curiosity about people, change and what helps us thrive.

With a love of lifelong learning and a naturally curious mind, my studies have grown well beyond my postgraduate leadership training. I've explored coaching, career development, positive psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, behaviour change, stress and wellbeing, with a particular passion for holistic wellbeing, ADHD coaching and the fascinating ways our brains shape how we experience ourselves and the world.

My practitioner study has never been about collecting qualifications. It has been about understanding people more deeply – how we think, how we respond to change, what happens when we're overwhelmed, how our experiences shape the stories we tell ourselves, and what helps us move forward in ways that are both meaningful and sustainable.

I bring all of that into my work, but I don't believe you need to be fixed, improved or turned into someone else. I believe there is already a great deal of wisdom within you.

Sometimes it gets buried beneath expectations, uncertainty, stress, self-doubt or the noise of everyday life. My role is to help create the space to uncover it.

I particularly love working with people who are at a turning point – especially women who have spent years being capable, responsible and there for everyone else, and who are beginning to wonder what they want for themselves now.

Some have experienced burnout. Some are navigating a later-in-life ADHD diagnosis. Some have spent years questioning their confidence or wondering why things that seem easy for everyone else feel so much harder for them.

And many have a quiet sense that there is more within them – more possibility, creativity, confidence or freedom – waiting to be explored.

That's the part of coaching I love most. Not fixing people. Not telling them who they should become.

But creating the space to reconnect with who they are, understand what matters, see what might be possible and create a next chapter that feels genuinely theirs.

My training is part of my kete. My lived experience is part of it too.  And you bring the most important part – you.
